AudioRealm is a free listener account that works across AudioRealm and CasterClub. Here's exactly what we ask for and why — with no data harvesting and no requirement to hand over your real identity.
🎧 Use a Stage Name
Sign up with your DJ handle, listener name, or studio brand — not your legal name. You're never required to use your real identity. This isn't a real-name social network that mines you for data; your on-air name is all anyone here needs to see.
📧 Why a Working Email
We email you a 6-digit one-time passcode (OTP) to confirm you're a real person. You just need to check that inbox — for the OTP, account recovery, and rare important notices. A mailbox tied to your stage name is perfectly fine. We never sell or spam it.
🗄️ We Collect Almost Nothing
No credit card, no phone, no address, no government ID. Just a username, an email, and a password. The less we hold, the less there is to ever leak — that's deliberate.
🛡️ PCI-Grade Protection
Even though we don't take payments, we protect your account to PCI-DSS-level standards: everything is encrypted over TLS, your password is stored as an Argon2id hash (we literally can't see it), and backend access is least-privilege and audited.
🧱 What "BackDraft" Is
We run our own Web Application Firewall (WAF), Mcaster1BackDraft. A WAF sits in front of the site and inspects every request before it reaches the app — a bouncer that knows what attacks look like. Ours blocks bots and attackers, rate-limits abuse, blocks throwaway emails, and auto-bans IPs that attack signup. It's why fake accounts and script kiddies don't get through.
